Set across the beautiful grounds of Clarendon Estate, this is a full day of music, storytelling and relaxed festival atmosphere-the perfect way to round out your Australian Musical Theatre Festival experience.
Whether you’re joining us for one performance or settling in for the whole day, here’s what you can expect.
Coffee will be available from the van from around 9:15am, perfect for grabbing your favourite cup and something delicious to go with it before the first performance.
The bar opens from 11:00am, offering a range of Tasmanian wine, gin and tonics, beer, sparkling and non-alcoholic options, and food vans will be operating throughout the day. You’re welcome to take your food and drinks into each performance.

If you’re staying for the full day (highly recommended), there’s a generous break between sessions and the perfect time to relax and enjoy the setting.
Grab something from one of the food vans, enjoy a drink, and take a moment to unwind in the gardens before the next performance.
Clarendon Estate is more than just a venue - it’s part of the experience. With expansive grounds, historic surrounds and plenty of space to explore, it’s well worth giving yourself time to settle in and enjoy it.
Find a spot in the gardens, take a wander between performances, or simply sit back with a drink and soak up the atmosphere.
And as a bonus ... anyone with a ticket to one of the shows can join a discounted tour of the historic house with proceeds going to maintaining the estate.
Set in seven hectares of riverside parklands, the house retains its service wing, walled garden, impressive rural outbuildings, convict quarters and rare elm avenue. Furnished to the 1838-1850 period, the house also features changing exhibitions of historic fashion from the 1830’s to 1960.
Clarendon survives in its original rural, parklike setting with elm avenue and walled garden (former kitchen garden) and access to the South Esk River.
Clarendon Estate is some distance outside Launceston, so please consider your transport arrangements.
