The Australian Musical Theatre Festival acknowledges the traditional owners of this island lutruwita (Tasmania).
This festival takes place on the country around kanamaluka/River Tamar, where two original tribes converged, the litarimirina and the panina people.

It is our hope that this Festival will celebrate storytelling for years to come, while honouring the stories that have come before us on this land.
