
Hailing from Rockhampton and proudly descended from the Kuungkari people of Queensland, Lorinda trained at the Griffith University Queensland Conservatorium and has rapidly built a powerful and versatile stage career.
Lorinda made her professional debut in the Australian premiere of American Idiot before joining the cast of Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (GFO). Her acclaimed stage roles include Ti Moune in Once On This Island, Maddie in Face to Face (a performance that earned a Matilda Award nomination), and a national tour as Julie in The Sapphires (HITT Productions). She has also been seen in Sydney Theatre Company’s production of Picnic at Hanging Rock as Harriet, and received widespread attention starring as Juliet on the Australian and Asian tour of & Juliet (Michael Cassel).
