Lorinda May Merrypor is an accomplished Actor, Singer, and Dancer from Rockhampton, proudly descending from the Kuungkari tribe in Queensland.
A graduate of Griffith University Queensland Conservatorium, she made her professional debut in the Australian premiere of American Idiot before joining Beautiful: The Carole King Musical (GFO). She starred as Ti Moune in Once On This Island, played Maddie in Face to Face (Matilda Award nomination), and toured nationally as Julie in The Sapphires(HITT Productions). She also played Harriet in Sydney Theatre Company’s Picnic at Hanging Rock and notably starred as Juliet in the Australian and Asian tour of & Juliet (Michael Cassel).
