Anatomy of a Song with James Millar

James Millar is not only one of Australia’s leading performers with roles including plays with the Melbourne Theatre Company and high-profile musicals (not least his celebrated star turn as Miss Trunchbull in the premiere of ‘Matilda’), he is also a celebrated writer, director and teacher.  

In this class, James will investigate performance and construction though his own writing in musicals such as ‘The Hatpin’, ‘Lovebites’, ‘A Little Touch of Chaos’ and more.
