Rebecca Jee

Rebecca is a Launceston local, trained in theatre and creative writing at UNSW, and is an accomplished musician, ceramicist and writer.

She relishes any opportunity to creatively collaborate with other people, and funds her endeavours by working as part of the University of Tasmania’s marketing team.

Recent theatre credits include The Sound of Music (Sister Berthe, 2018), Strictly Ballroom (Abuela, 2019), Mamma Mia (chorus, 2020 company), Chess (choir, 2024) for Encore Theatre Company; King Ubu (2020) for MONA FOMA; You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown (Lucy, 2022) and Elf (Emily, 2022) for LMS; No Velvet Divorce (Phoebe, 2022) for Three River Theatre and Much Ado About No(t)hing (Beatrice, 2025 touring production) for Adaptivity Theatre Company.
