Made in Tasmania

No trip to Tasmania is complete without a trip to Launceston’s majestic Cataract Gorge. A short trip from the city and nestled into the traditional lands around kanamaluka (River Tamar) where the litarimirina and the panina people converged, the Gorge is a remarkable place of nature, history and heritage.

This year, the Festival is thrilled to partner with the Gorge Restaurant to present a song and salivatious sensation,  ‘Made in Tasmania’. ‘Made in Tasmania’ is a unique combination of stories and songs about ‘home’ presented by a fantastic array of local singers who will pair their songs to compliment the much celebrated wine and local produce, as prepared by the best chef’s at the Gorge Restaurant.

This is a three course lunch with each course offering its own distinct journey of food, wine and song, all locally sourced and all offered up for true sensory indulgence.
